Well all good things must take a rest--Dukerol ( not spelled right) is not 100% effective ever know we have been very careful. Might just hang around the room today, until it is safe to go out. So I will run some older pictures for you.
this is a roller machine that cooks meat on a stick.
This is a side view of the same machine---and just like the 7-11 stores hot dogs, I am not sure how many times the sticks go around. But it was an interesting machine
This fello is making long thin noodles, he stretches them outlets them twist together and stretches them out again. Then he bangs them down on his steel table and pulls them longer. He keeps repeating the process. You can see the many strings of noodles forming.
This is in China, just one of the many staircases we went up.
Another tree take over of the temple I talked about yesterday--just amazing.
well we are doing better so we just might take off and get some more pictures for you.
